4th pix in this short series: Ustiugov quickly gulps down his drink ( "drink till the end, Sergey!" shouts Sorin @esorin1985 – he is not just a "feeder", he is a coach who works with Ustiugov every day). It's about 5k left to go for the leading pack – Ustiugov, Aukland @andersaukland Gjerdalen @gjerdalentord, Hoelgaard @stianhoelgaard Note that the others are not taking their drink yet – they and their coaches have chosen somewhat different tactics. The last drink is the most important one – it contains a " secret formula" that is individual for specific team or even concrete sportsman…even so, ingredients of it are well known and are widely used… #ski #xcski #skiclassics #longdistance #endurance #langrenn #langlauf #längsdakning #лыжныегонки #лыжи
